Our Commitment
Japan Quality is fully committed to compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. We respect your inbox and follow all federal requirements for commercial email communications.
How We Comply
- Accurate Header Information: All emails from Japan Quality accurately identify the sender. Our "From," "To," and routing information is truthful and identifies the person or business who initiated the message.
- Non-Deceptive Subject Lines: Our email subject lines accurately reflect the content of the message.
- Clear Identification: Our emails are clearly identified as advertisements or solicitations when applicable.
- Physical Address: Every commercial email includes our valid physical postal address: Bayer Miyakojima B.L.D. #405, 4-2-23 Higashinoda-cho, Miyakojima-ku, Osaka 534-0024, Japan.
- Opt-Out Mechanism: Every marketing email includes a clear and conspicuous way to opt out of future emails. We honor all opt-out requests within 10 business days.
- Third-Party Compliance: We monitor the actions of any companies that send emails on our behalf to ensure they comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
Types of Emails We Send
- Outreach Emails: Initial contact to businesses whose websites may benefit from redesign. These always include an opt-out option.
- Follow-up Emails: Sent to businesses that have received a free preview, with preview status updates.
- Transactional Emails: Order confirmations, delivery notifications, and account-related communications. These are exempt from CAN-SPAM opt-out requirements but we still provide opt-out options.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time by:
- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email
- Replying to any email with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line
- Contacting us directly at hello.jq@plusing.inc
We will process your opt-out request within 10 business days. Once opted out, you will not receive further marketing emails from us.
