1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Japan Quality services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Services Description

Japan Quality provides premium website redesign services for small and medium businesses. Our services include:

• Free website redesign previews (valid for 21 days)
• Professional website redesign packages (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
• AI-to-AI commerce API for automated purchasing
• B2B client portal for order management

3. Preview Policy

Free previews are provided at no cost and remain accessible for 21 days. After this period, previews are archived and access requires purchase of the applicable redesign package. Preview content remains our intellectual property until purchased.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the redesigned website assets for your business. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery Timelines

• Starter Package: 48 hours
• Professional Package: 24 hours
• Enterprise Package: 12 hours

Timelines begin after order confirmation. Complex requests may require additional time, communicated in advance.

7. API Usage

Use of the AI-to-AI Commerce API and Human B2B API is subject to rate limits. Abuse, including excessive requests or unauthorized access attempts, may result in API key revocation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Japan Quality shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
